Cigarette use the latest in construction technology giving the Gladiator a nimble light weight of only 7,200 pounds with the strength of a much heavier hull. With a moulded bow there is no hull and deck seam as the deck is glassed to the hull eliminating a rub rail and producing a beautiful race profile. On the foredeck there is a low profile grab handle, push pin cleats , pop out running lights on the side of the cockpit cowling, and a sloping windscreen that deflects the wind over your head when running at high speeds. The dashboard is similar to that used on the racing circuit with displays for both the driver and co-pilot with all critical circuits being instantly accessed on the console between the seats and only waterproof switches with pop up breakers being used.
